  3. User Accounts

    • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
    • Termination: Shareable Reviews reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
  4. User Content
    • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in any content you submit (“User Content”) to the Services, such as reviews, comments, or other text, images, or media.
    • License to Shareable Reviews: By submitting User Content, you grant Shareable Reviews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
    • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Shareable Reviews may remove or modify any User Content at its sole discretion.
  5. Intellectual Property
    • Service Content: All content on the Services (excluding User Content), including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Shareable Reviews or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
    • Restrictions: You may not copy, redistribute, use, or publish any Service Content without express written permission from Shareable Reviews.
  6. Prohibited Activities
    You agree not to:
    1. Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
    2. Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Services.
    3. Use any automated means (e.g., scraping tools, bots) to access or collect information from the Services without prior authorization.
    4. Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of Shareable Reviews or any third party.
  7. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Shareable Reviews disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Shareable Reviews does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shareable Reviews and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event shall Shareable Reviews’ total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Shareable Reviews, if any, in the last six (6) months.
  9. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shareable Reviews and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, settlements, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
